He was predeceased by: his parents, Elias Allan and Violet Lovegrove Kayat; his sons, Allan M., Jeffery M. and Timothy E. Kayat; and his sisters, Joan Milford and Susan Kayat.
He is survived by: his wife Wannah; his son Robert E. Kayat (Melissa) of Edgewater; his stepdaughters, Ann O'Neil (Jesse) and Angie Schweitzer (Dave Sebastian); his grandchildren, Elias Kayat (Kathryn), Robert J. Kayat (Adrianna), Ashley Kayat, Danielle Kayat, Matthew (Hannah), Madison, Marissa, Maddox, Maclain Calisi, Ocean O'Neil, EJ River, Laylay River, ZayZay Nelson, Gabby Sebastain, Jessica Fromm (Aaron) and James O'Brien (Kenzie); his great grandchildren, Brantley, Ryleigh, Evelyn, Hazel Ann Kayat, Harper Fromm, Sage and Hazel Ann Calisi; his brother-in-law Roy Milford; his nephew Chris Kayat; and his niece Brenda McIntosh. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces and cousins.
