He was predeceased by: his son Christopher Grainger; and his brother Jack Grainger. He is survived by: his wife Anna; his son Kelly Grainger of Port Orange; his stepdaughters, Karen Moore (John) of Bury and Kristin Springer (Jonathan) of Melbourne; and his granddaughters, Esmeralda Grainger of Port Orange and Leighton Moore of Bury, England..
