She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard "Blast" Matusick and Marjorie Langham Matusick; her uncle Wayne Langham; and her aunt Audrey Langham. She is survived by: her siblings, Robert Matusick (Leigh) of DeLand and Robin Matusick (Mike Wolf) of Dunlap, Tennessee; her nieces, Lindsey Matusick (Stan Potter) of New Smyrna Beach, Jennifer Stackhouse (Christopher) of Temecula and Kayla Jennings (Frank) of DeLand; and her great-nephew Ethan Blum.
