He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Kelly and Maude Nichols Kelly; his brother Robert Kelly; his stepson Mark Sember; his cousins, Ruth Hurlbert and Linda Delcamp; and his brother-in-law Richard Drayer.
He is survived by: his wife Sally Kelly (Swanson); his daughters, Barbara Kauffman of Knox Dale, PA and Debra Hopkins (Andy) of Celina, TX; his granddaughter Maudie Kauffman of Frisco, TX; his stepsons, John Sember of Altamonte Springs, FL and Steven Sember of New Smyrna Beach, FL; his stepgrandson Eric Sember of Buffalo, NY; his cousin Carol Baumet (Don) of Westfield, NY; and his sister-in-law Marilyn Drayer of Warren, PA..
In 1992, he launched the Westfield Memorial Hospital Foundation/Associates charity golf tournament at the Chautauqua Golf Course, and he organized the event for several seasons.
