He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Collins and Irene Collins; and his brothers, Paul, Richard and Gerald.
He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Mosier of New Smyrna Beach; his sons, Mark of New Smyrna Beach and Jim (Chris) of Hinsdale, IL; his grandchildren, Nicholas of West Chicago, IL and Barbara of Brooklyn, NY; and his sister Viola Sader of Olean, NY. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Peter the Fisherman Episcopal Church in New Smyrna Beach or the University of Buffalo Medical School.
