She was predeceased by: her parents, Irton Caudill and Hazel Slone Caudill Gayheart; her stepfather Erie "Red" Gayheart; her son Darrell Jacobs; her stepchildren, Melondy Holtsclaw, Charles Holtsclaw III and Richard Holtsclaw; her siblings, G. B. Caudill and Judy Slone; and her brothers-in-law, Zollinger and Clevis Sparkman.
She is survived by: her husband Charles P. Holtsclaw; her children, Linda Hall (Thomas), Brenda Slone (Ken), Shirley Ratliff (Greg) and Kathy Fugate (Tim); her stepson Mark Holtsclaw (Kristen); her grandchildren, Corey Hall, Cassie Davidson, Clayton Slone, Derrick Slone, Todd Jacobs, Crystal Lynch and Timmy; her siblings, Ricky Gayheart (Patty), Jean Zollinger, Ogie Sparkman and Meldia Baker (Paul); and her brother-in-law Ivis Slone. She is also survived by 5 Step Grandchildren 20 Great Grandchildren 2 Great Great Grandchildren.
