It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Elmo Riggs of New Smyrna Beach, Florida, born in McVeigh, Kentucky, who passed away on November 3, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, W. M. Bill and Sybil Riggs (Davis); his wife Louise J. Riggs (Bucci); and his siblings, Mildred, Paul and Jay.
He is survived by: his sons, Bob (Judy), David (Jayne) and Greg (Debra); his grandchildren, Lindsey Riggs and Louie Carr; and his siblings, Dr. Leon, W. M. Bill Riggs, Jr., Maebell and Donna Jean.
