He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Mack and Mildred Pittman. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Pittman; his sons, Scott (Connie) and Jason (Brandy); his grandchildren, Lola, Levi, Briana, Trent, Cooper and Kiley; and his sisters, Phyllis Anne and Susie.
