He is survived by: his mother Jeanne Cutshall of Delmont, PA; his spouse Kim Lotz; his close friend Kim Lotz; his children, Megan and Brandon Vinkler; his granddaughter Iviana Rouse; his brothers, Randy Vinkler (Raleigh) and Robert A. Vinkler; and his extended family Wendie Wilson-Constable.
