He was predeceased by: his daughter Annelise Spinelli. He is survived by: his wife Marge Roundtree of Mount Dora; his children, Chris Gearing (Liz) and Caroline Gearing; his son-in-law William D. Spinelli, Jr. of Wappingers Falls; and his grandchildren, Ryan, Taylor Prahach, Alexis, Billy Spinelli of Wappingers Falls, Charlie, Freddy and Samantha Gearing.
Peter Arthur Gearing died peacefully on May 28, 2022, after a valiant battle with Parkinson's Disease.
