It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ned E. Lichty of Mount Dora, Florida, born in Shamokin, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 28, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his daughter Joyce Lichty; and his siblings, Lamar, Jack, Betty, Joseph, Robert and Nancy.
He is survived by: his former wife Winifred; his wife Sylvia; his children, Anne Lichty of Mount Dora, John Lichty of Jamestown, Robert Lichty (Denise) of Mesa, Ned Lichty, Jr. (Frank) of Kent and Joe Lichty (Melissa) of Delaware, Ohio; his granddaughter Juliana Ross (Casey) of Leesburg; and his great grandchildren, Ember and Everly. He is also survived by several other grandchildren, great grandchildren and extended family.
