She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion David and Naurine Herold Rentchler; her husband Coach Fred D. Pennington; and her son Frederick D. Pennington, Jr.. She is survived by: her nephew Butch Uzzo (Joanne) of Spring Hill, Florida; and her nieces, Debbie Love of Ocoee and Carol Hardin of Springfield, Virginia..
