It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Eric Russell Carter of Mount Dora, Florida, born in Andalusia, Alabama, who passed away on December 7, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Carter and Marie Carter; and his sister Elaine Phillians. He is survived by: his uncle Cecil Fleming; his wife Eve; his siblings, Jeanne (Paul House), Cindy (Hank Scott), Janet (Jim Hart), Chuck (Julie Carter) and Missy (Kelly Dollins); his children, Erica (Matt Wilhelm), Erin (Jason Heft) and Lauren Carter; his grandchildren, Jacqueline (Maria Guerrero), Nicholas Wilhelm, Mattie and Vivian (Eva Heft); and his great grandchild Declan Guerrero. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
