We are sad to announce that on October 27, 2021, Daniel G. Abate of Mount Dora, Florida, born in Staten Island, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Theresa; his daughters, Christina Ortega (Adam) and Danielle Rafaniello (Christopher); and his sisters, Linda Sive and Deborah Scalera. He is also survived by many brother and sisters in laws and nieces and nephews.

He also enjoyed volunteering for the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
