It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Francis of Mount Dora, Florida, born in Midland, Michigan, who passed away on August 20, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis E. Francis and June Mills Francis of Mount Dora; and his son Charles E. Francis, Jr.. He is survived by: his brother Chuck. He is also survived by four brothers and two sisters.
