He is survived by: his wife Ann Smith; his sons, Bryant Smith (Amy) and Anthony Smith; his grandson Sam Smith; his niece Denise Cancel (Marc); and his cousins, Cheryl Wilson and Gay Wilson.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers memorials be made to the Nick's Kids.
