He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Carrie Spicer and Ruthie Mae Spicer (Grice); his former wife Claudia Paulette Spicer (Savant); and his brothers, William Spicer, Larry Spicer and Michael Spicer.
He is survived by: his son Steven Spicer; his wife LaShon Spicer; his grandsons, Cody, Tyler and Braydon Spicer; his close friend Tom; his siblings, Johnny Ray Spicer and Mary Ard; and his sister-in-law Audrey Lynne Morgan (Aunt Lynnie). He is also survived by other family members and friends.
