He was predeceased by: his parents, James F. Johnson and Wilnetta L. Johnson; and his brother-in-law Bill Smith. He is survived by: his wife Millie Johnson (Tim); his siblings, Marc Johnson (Becky), Pat Johnson (Debby) and Shawn Smith; and his sons, James Johnson (Kasey), Jesse Johnson (Sherri), Michael Johnson (Taylor) and Cody Johnson (Brittany). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild; and a host of nieces and nephews.
