He was predeceased by: his parents, Eric W. Manning and Bertrice K. Manning; and his brothers, Travis E. Manning and Theron W. Manning. He is survived by: his wife Anne N. Manning; his sons, Timothy A. Manning (Jamie) and Thomas A. Manning; and his grandchildren, Jessica Lynn Marley, Megan Renee Taylor and Kolten Chase Manning. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members.
