He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Haag and Carol Cole Haag; and his sister Cindy Friermood. He is survived by: his wife Susan Fitzmorris Haag; his children, Jason Haag (Allison) and Jennifer O'Connor; and his grandchildren, Marco O'Connor, Rocky O'Connor, Ellie Shannon, Libby Randall and Susie Haag.
