She is survived by: her brother Philip Gunn of Pensacola; her sister-in-law Betty Jean Cook of Pace; her sons, Mike Sheffield (Shawn) of Pace and Ray Sheffield (Debbie); her niece Joni Alvarez (Abel) of Jacksonville Beach; her grandchildren, Haley Walker (Matthew) and Parker Sheffield (Avonlea) of Kenosha, Wisconsin; her great grandchildren, Maceigh Rae Walker, Kennedy Ruth Walker, Jordyn Marie Sheffield and Lainey Jo Sheffield; and her close friend Professor Charles D'Asaro.
