He is survived by: his wife Linda Hempstead; his daughter Shawn Black (James); his grandson Wesley Black of Milton, Florida; his sons, Lee Rios (Heather) of Chattanooga and Nickolas Rios (Elizabeth) of Midland, Michigan; his mother Katie Hempstead of Milton, Florida; his siblings, Mark Hempstead (Faye) of Foley, Alabama and Kelly Banks of Milton, Florida; his siblings-in-law, Kenny Fisher (Romaonda), Terry Demars (Thomas), Lori Rios (Dan) and Connie Samuels (Jon); his pet Missy; and his friend Everette Moomey (Diane, family: Will Nall, John Lee, Art Stromberg). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
