He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Joseph and Elizabeth Fassel Mullen; and his brother Patrick Mullen. He is survived by: his wife Gail Mullen; his brother Michael Mullen (Rowena); his children, Stephen Mullen (Sandra), Kim Lamb (Terry), Dean Mullen, Rodger Oden (Wendy) and Kay Dupree (Todd); his grandchildren, Kelsey, Molly, Austin, Andrew, Grace, Marco, Elizabeth, Aaron, Nicole, Steven, Troy, Gracia, Juliann, Lauren and Morgan; and his great grandchildren, Christina, Raelynne, Emma, Hudson and Hanson.
