With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce M. Blackburn of Middleburg, Florida, born in Evergreen, Alabama, who passed away on July 5, 2022 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles W. Williams and Ruth Tatum Williams; and her children, Bobby, Johnny, Carolyn Martin, Brenda Cox, Billy Andrews and Benny Andrews. She was also cherished by 16 grandkids and 23 great grandkids & 1 great great grandchild.
