He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughters, Kathy Kern, Susan Kern and Carrie Foote (Thaddeus); and his siblings, Jo Ann Dukes (Carl), Mary McCune Skinner and William Causey. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews and cousins.
