She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. L. G. Coe and Catherine Kline Coe; her sister Norma; and her husband James "Jim" Gill Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Matthew Gill (Leni) and DiAnne Jamerson (Marc); her grandchildren, Christina Adkins (Wes), Derick Gill (Shannon) and Taylor Solomon (Chase); and her great grandchildren, Zaiden, Daphne and Penelope. She is also survived by many other family members and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, JoAnne asked donations be sent to Haven Hospice of Palatka.
