With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph W. Proctor (Marianna, Florida), born in Grand Ridge, Florida, who passed away on April 22, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Sallie Bevis Proctor and Charles Proctor; his mother-in-law Sarah Carlton; his brother-in-law Johnny W. Moats; and also, John Henry Moats and Lloyd W. Carlton.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda M. Proctor of Marianna; his children, Joshua Byrge of Arkansas, Randell Hagan (Carley) of Greenwood, Robert "Turtle" Hagan of Marianna and Sara Byrge of Marianna; his brothers, Richard Proctor (Sandy) of Jacksonville and Allen Proctor (Rosemary) of Crawfordville; his grandchildren, Taia, Kaitlyn, Boog, Joey, Shaylin, Kayleigh, Jasper, Braelynn, Bentley and Haleigh; and his friend Robert L. Hagan, Jr. of Marianna. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to Covenant Hospice in memory of Mr. Proctor.
