He is survived by: his wife Sandra Willis Duval; his son Jay; his daughter-in-law Patty Duval of High Springs, Fla.; his daughter Lori; his son-in-law Doug Rogers of Montgomery, Ala.; his grandchildren, Nick Duval (Margo), Matt Duval, Bethany Rogers Franklin (Sam), Emilee Rogers and Zack Rogers; his great grandchildren, Kendall Duval, Kimber Duval and Grady Duval; and his extended family, Hope, Mike Poland of Tampa, Fla., Hal and Nadine Barrington of Starke, Fla..
