It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Howard Putnal of Madison, Florida, born in Mayo, Florida, who passed away on March 31, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer T. Putnal and Eliza Kelly Putnal; and his brother Broward Putnal. He is survived by: his wife Gwen Putnal; his sons, Terry Putnal (Michelle), Mitchie Putnal (Asa) of Madison and Scotty Putnal (Tina) of Jacksonville, FL; and his sister Janelle Klesius (Steve) of Hernando County, FL. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Lee United Methodist Church Building Fund.
