He is survived by: his mother Mary Williams Hoover of Jacksonville; and his siblings, Floyd Howard of Cherokee, NC, Randy Williams (Nancy) of Pembroke, GA, Mikey Williams (Faye) of Macclenny, Timothy Williams (Laura) of Macclenny, Linda Damon (David) of Hilliard, Pam Jarvis of Jacksonville, Tonya Youman (Richard) of Waycross, GA and Sharon O'Connor (Shawn) of Jacksonville.
