Holt (Powell) of Oak Park, Georgia; her siblings, Jerry S. Holt Jr. of Ferguson, Wade A. Holt of Jacksonville and Janet Renee Holt of Oak Park, Georgia; and her grandsons, Levi and Isaiah.
