He was predeceased by: his father Martin Maley (Kendrick). He is survived by: his daughters, Amy Theophile (Jon) and Heather Maley; his sisters, Catherine Hallman (Jim) and Jennifer Rutledge; his granddaughters, Tiffany Thornton (Kenny), Haley Theophile and Ava Willoughby; and his great grandchildren, Joseph, Kennedy, Austin, Jayden and Hudson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to Cornerstone Congregation in Mr. Roy's honor.
