He was predeceased by: his father Wilbur Allen Taylor; and his sister Pamela Stewart. He is survived by: his mother Jaquleyn "Jackie" Kight of Sanderson; and his sister Brenda Sue Taylor of Sanderson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
