She is survived by: her children, William David Combs of Macclenny, FL, Michael S. Combs of Jacksonville, FL, Thomas Combs (Rhonda) of Jacksonville, FL, Debora Combs (Ashley) of Macclenny, FL and Kenneth Combs of Jacksonville, FL; and her brothers, Sammy Peek of Jacksonville, FL and Danny Peek. She is also survived by many grandchildren, and many great grandchildren.
