It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jerry Wayne Sisk (Macclenny, Florida), born in Providence, Kentucky, who passed away on November 3, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his daughters, Sherry Kay May, Kim Darlene Barton (Dolphus) and Lisa Michelle Spoon; and his grandchildren, John May (Ashley), Kimberly Roach (John), Cody May, Samantha Daugherty (Clayton), Courtney Freemyer (Kory), Richard Barton (Holly), Kevin Barton (LaDonna), Amanda Fort (Bryan), Hanna Seay (George), Branden Johnson (Heather), Crystal Buchanan (Michael), Randy Spoon (Victoria) and Shannon Spoon.
