He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Castleberry and Emma James Castleberry; and his siblings, James Castleberry and Mary Castleberry. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Castleberry of Glen St; his children, Harold W. Castleberry Jr. of Macclenny, Randy L. Castleberry (Marian) of Macclenny, Dale Castleberry (Christina) of Macclenny and Debbie Combs (Marshall) of Perry; and his siblings, Howard Castleberry of Adel, Marvin Castleberry of Callahan and Gladys Stanfield of Moultrie, Georgia. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; along with nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
