She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Harper and Rosie May Harper (Kelly); her husband Sammie Padgett; her siblings, Edgar "Buddy" Harper and Daphne Kelly; and her daughter Sandra Caldwell.
She is survived by: her sons, Roger Padgett (Margaret) of Maxville, Keith Padgett of Maxville and Randy Padgett (Kathy) of Middleburg; and her sister Juanita Norman of Maxville. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; along with other dear friends and family.
