He is survived by: his children, Cecil Hardy Rhoden Jr. of Macclenny and Debbie Fraser (Ryan) of Macclenny; his brother Randall Rhoden (Carolyn) of Macclenny; his grandchildren, Gar Fraser and Taylor Parker; and his great grandchild Ryann Parker.
