She is survived by: her husband George Lewis of Lynn Haven, FL; her children, Shawn Berry (Amanda) and Erica Berry (Brown); and her grandchildren, Taylor Chambers, Jonathan Morris, Caleb Chambers, Catie Berry, Donovann Henry and Isaac Berry. She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
