He is survived by: his wife Sarah Brown Fine; his son Richard Fine of Lynn Haven, FL; his sister Janice M. Detrick of Detroit, MI; his grandchildren, Stephanie A. Fine-Goss (Jay), Camille E. Fine, Samantha M. Fine and William P. Fine; and his great grandchildren, Jaylynn K. Swauger, Eleana C. Goss, Connor N. Hobbs and Nathaniel W. Hobbs.
