He was predeceased by: his parents, Ebb Lewis and Minnie Lucy Lewis; and his siblings, Maxine Tidwell and Rex Lewis. He is survived by: his brother Ray Lewis (Elsie); his children, Lisa Carden, Ralph Lewis, Jr., Stephanie Yancey (Don), Sharon Barnette (Earl), Billy Barnette (Terri), Marian Ingram (late Mike Ingram) and Earl Barnette (Sharon); his grandchildren, Donny Johnson, Nicole Stanford (Bradley), Jared Barnette (Chandler), McKensey Barnette, Amanda Stevens (John), Tim Carden (Jessica), Ashley Ingram, Lyndsey Cutler (J. J.), Jordan Hansford (Jeff) and Riley Lewis; his great grandchildren, Clayton Barnette, Paycen Cutler, Lexi Grace Cutler, Grayson Stanford, Reagan Stanford, Alexis Stevens and Haley Stevens; and his great great grandchild Quinn Carden.
