She was predeceased by: her mother Elmeady Pumprey; and her siblings, Dorothy Philipi and James "Buddy" Blakeley. She is survived by: her husband Ray Gene Johnson; her daughter Michelle Brock of Jacksonville; and her stepchildren, Denise Taylor (Rich) of North Carolina and Brett Johnson (Michelle) of Birmingham.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Pat's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
