It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Winpigler (Lynn Haven, Florida), born in Grand Forks, North Dakota, who passed away on February 22, 2020, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Delton Eugene and Mary Elenore Winpigler. He is survived by: his wife Rebekah Bush Winpigler; his sons, Dallas Taylor III and Joel Taylor Sr.; his grandchildren, Paislee Taylor of Dallas Taylor, IV, Trinity Taylor, Joel Taylor Jr. and Brantley Taylor; his brothers, David Winpigler (Tina), George Winpigler and Steve Winpigler; his nephew Deven Winpigler; and his niece Nicole Scott.
