He is survived by: his wife Betty Fralick; his daughter Cynthia Lee "Cindy" Anglin (Roger); his granddaughters, Brittany Callahan (John) and Lindsay Medlock (Scott); his great grandchildren, Bolin Callahan, Cade Medlock and Cameron Medlock; and also Georgia.
