He is survived by: his daughters, Ashlyn Elizabeth Ebert and Madison Grace Ebert of Lynn Haven, Florida; and his siblings, Carol Ann Ebert-Gorb (Jorge) of Tallahassee, Florida and Charles William Ebert (Lucia) of Mobile, Alabama. He is also survived by his 2 daughters and his family, several cousins, nieces and nephews.
