He was predeceased by: his sister Nancy Furst Mitchell; and his parents, Dr. Burton and Alma Furst of New Buffalo, Michigan.. He is survived by: his wife Angelyn; his son Roy (Susan); his granddaughter Whitney Furst Castello of Orlando; his great grandchild Malachi Castello; his stepgrandchildren, Renee Rowe of Grove City, Braelyn, Jacob and Emily Rowe; his mother-in-law Eloise Moore; his sister Evelyn Furst Kramer; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Mitchell of Wilmington, N. C. and Margaret Moore Blum (Larry) of Pensacola. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
