He is survived by: his wife Ruby Hiers; his daughter Jessica Steele (Clay); his stepchildren, Joey Vickers (Tracey) and Karla Shuster (John); his grandchildren, Savannah, Austin, Jamie, Kaylee, Kaitlin and Kasey; his siblings, Joyce Hiers Richmond (Tim), Ricky Hiers (Lynn), Jerry Hiers (Cathy) and Debbie Hiers Bush; and his sister-in-law Cynthia Harden (David). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
