It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Ohringer Frank of Longboat Key, Florida, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 13, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Abe Ohringer and Helen Ohringer (Stern); and her significant other James A. Frank. She is survived by: her children, Susan Lippard (Thomas) of Point Breeze, Linda Ruth of Ithaca, NY, James W. Frank (Catherine) of Umbria and William O. Frank (Tess Williamson) of Seattle. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
