Ruth Carol Sheppard Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 25, 2023, at the age of 97, Ruth Carol Sheppard of Longboat Key, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her fathers, Raymond Fittz (Bessie Fittz) and John "Jack" Sheppard; her husband Jack Sheppard; her brother Ray Fittz (Gladys); and her brother-in-law Fred Sheppard (Virginia).
She is survived by: her children, Beth Kline (Tom) and John Sheppard (Debbie); her grandchildren, Kirstin Ferreira (Tarcisio), Nicholas Kline (Michelle) and Jack Sheppard; and her great grandchildren, Lucy, Quincy, Nellie Kline, Felicity and Adeline Ferreira. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to the Education Scholarship Fund at Cottey College, 1000 West Austin Boulevard, Nevada, Missouri 64772.
