He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Frank Cunningham and Adelaide Cunningham; and his son Chip Cunningham. He is survived by: his wife Beth Cunningham; his children, Connie Kopp (Scot), Cathie Heidlage (Gerhard) and Chris Cunningham; his grandchildren, Billy Kopp, Bradley Kopp and Aedan Cunningham; and his brother Pierce Cunningham (Bobbie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors.
